Letter to encourage you not to lose hope in our Canadian judicial system

by | Feb 20, 2021 | Canada, Motivational, Violation of Our Rights

Dear friends,

I am writing this letter to encourage you not to lose hope in our judicial system. As a court interpreter for over twenty years, I have seen our justice system at work and from experience, I can tell you that we have every reason to be confident that justice will be done in our lawsuit against the government for illegal and unconstitutional lockdowns represented by the Justice Centre for Constitutional Freedoms

Our justice system is set up to expose the truth and for the evidence to dictate the outcome and the ruling. Our judges are fine, very intelligent people wanting to do what is right.

We have never taken our government officials and our provincial health officers to court before. It is a completely different reality in court when people are sworn to tell the truth and can be sent to jail for up to 5 years or more for perjury.

Everything said in court becomes public. The open court principle is of crucial importance in a democratic society. It ensures that citizens have access to the courts and can, as a result, comment on how the courts operate and on proceedings that take place in them. Public access to the courts also guarantees the integrity of judicial processes inasmuch as the transparency that flows from access ensures that justice is rendered in a manner that is not arbitrary but is in accordance with the rule of law.

Our last court hearing on February 9 and 10, 2021 in Winnipeg, Manitoba was available to be viewed on our electronic devices such as phones or personal computers.

This hearing was about government and legislative laws giving the CMOH so much power without legislative approval. We are awaiting a ruling.

Our main lawsuit against Lockdowns will be April 19, 2021, in Winnipeg, Manitoba.

The Court will be asked to consider fully all of the various harms which lockdowns have inflicted, and are inflicting, on Manitobans.

We have the same lawsuit in Vancouver Superior Court on March 1 – 3, 2021.

The CMOH and other government officials will be required to answer questions under oath, and to provide evidence to justify the violation of Charter freedoms to move, travel, associate, assemble and worship.

What happened with Roman Baber MPP and Premier Doug Ford would never happen in court where Ford would have to answer questions about the facts presented and to justify his response and his decisions and his Lockdown restrictions.

This day in court will happen unless they put an end to all lockdown restrictions. But even that will not be enough because then we will go after them for crimes against humanity.

Outside of court, they have been able to get away with murder but in court, it is a completely different reality.

I encourage you all to support JCCF Justice Centre for Constitutional Freedoms so they can hire more lawyers and sue in more provinces such as Quebec that is going out of control.
