Chris James and Scott Mckay- Common Law Will Defeat Deep State Courts

by | Apr 10, 2021 | Canada, Communism, Crimes Against Humanity, Motivational, Politics, USA, Violation of Our Rights

A great introduction discussion on common law. It took me a while to get my head around this, but I am finally understanding it.

There is a huge difference between LAW and LEGAL.

Law is about our common LAW rights on Land, Air, and Water.

Everything else is you being represented as a FICTIONAL character in a contract to the system.

When you start to learn how to work around the language they use and don’t enter in their contracts, you have more power.

Let this discussion start your journey.

More importantly, if a police officer comes up to you or enters your property, you must remember that “Anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law”.

If you have done nothing wrong, there is nothing you need you say. You simply tell them “I do not wish to contract with you” in a polite way. If they keep asking you questions, you keep saying it nicely.

By answering their questions, you’re entering into a verbal contract. By signing anything, you’re entering into a contract. And by law, you cannot be forced into a contract.

If they threaten to arrest you if you do not sign the ticket (contract) and you feel you have to, make sure you write “Under duress” on it. It basically means you were forced into it.

NOT LEGAL ADVISE: I am not an expert, do MORE research.
